I AM LOVING THE DIGI WORLD!!!

It is almost 7:30 a.m. ~ Here I am in my usual A.M. position, coffee, my computer and Jake. Today he woke me up at a little before 6:00 am., which is about normal for him. On a GOOD day, I get to sleep in until 7:00 am!

Today is field trip day at the Queen Mary. Irene and I are taking Haleigh and Dante for the day. I love the QM. The vintage architect and style suites me fine. I hope Dante has fun today. As he approached 13 (Mom is now crying) it seems harder to please him. Teen years stink!! How hard it is to be a teen.

When I was in my teens I think some of my most painful days happened. My parents were so strict. Which I realize was not a bad thing. Eddie's parents were just the opposite. He is determined to have strong boundaries for the boys.

Anyway, I see Dante searching for who/what to "be". He has a fabulous sense of humor that he got from me!! Yea! I am such a firm believer that if you can laugh, you can survive. Fortunately, he can laugh.

I am now obsessed with learning how to create my own templates for Blogger. I cannot seem to find any for free that have any personality so I make my own. Since my brain does not function when numbers are involved, (LOL) it took me awhile to really understand the "code" language. I cannot say I completely do, but I am happy to report that I understand enough to make my own templates!! It is not as hard as I thought. There is a big connection to the Digital Scrapbook market and template creating. Because of the kindness and brilliant creativety of these talent people, I was able to find many free downloadable kits that I can mix and use to make my own templates.

The current one you see now is one I made. It is about as close to what I want as I can make for today. Don't be surprised if there are new ones whenever you stop by!!! LOL

I really love making these templates. It is such a great outlet for me. I just made 2 more for my other 2 blog pages. I am going to add some links on the side bar so if you want to make your own you can find some too. I am also going to start listing and explaining how you can use the templates I am making for yourself.

Don't panic, it is really simple. I need to find all the info on the wordpress and typepad templates also. So that is what I am going to do! Stay tuned for the new templates. If I can, I will list them today if not you will have to wait until Wednesday.....Queen Mary first...........
